Ton van den Hoven is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of leadership experience in medtech and biotech. He has built, scaled, and successfully exited multiple technology-driven healthcare ventures, developing deep expertise in early-stage company development, strategic execution, and commercialization.
As the CEO and co-founder of several startups, he has guided teams through fundraising, regulatory approvals, clinical validation, and market launches. His previous leadership positions at Philips Healthcare, Stentor, and Cemax-Icon further developed his skills in innovation management, regulatory navigation, and global business development.
At TVH Life Science Partners, he focuses on identifying breakthrough science and guiding founders from concept to commercialization. Ton brings strategic clarity and operational discipline to the table, which helps teams establish strong foundations, accelerate development, and prepare for investment and market entry.

Saskia van den Dool
Saskia van den Dool is a strategic marketing and operations leader with extensive experience in start-ups and corporations in the healthcare industry. She has three decades of leadership experience in business development, marketing strategy, and operational execution. She has supported founders, scientists, and investors in turning early concepts into viable ventures.
She has held senior roles at multiple companies, where she shaped product strategy, commercial foundations, and early growth. Her corporate leadership experience has further strengthened her capabilities in customer engagement, market development, and organizational alignment.

She helps each venture build a clear identity and credible positioning while establishing a realistic go-to-market path and the necessary execution structure.
